Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standard operating frameworks. Drive service quality, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage operational risk, incident response, and crisis management protocols. Coordinate training, capacity building, and performance evaluation of field personnel. Collaborate with business development teams to support client acquisition and retention. Oversee logistics, fleet management, and deployment of security equipment and technology. Prepare periodic operational reports for executive management and the board. Requirements: A minimum of a bachelor's degree from a recognised institution in a relevant field (e.g., security management, business administration, social sciences, or a related discipline). A master's degree or relevant professional certification will be an added advantage. Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Prior experience in the security industry is highly desirable. A military, police, or paramilitary background will be a strong advantage. Demonstrated experience in managing large teams and multi-location operations. Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
