L'OMS, agence spécialisée des Nations Unies pour la santé, a pour mandat de promouvoir la santé, préserver la sécurité mondiale et servir les populations vulnérables. Au sein du Bureau régional pour l'Afrique, le département des Systèmes et Services de Santé, via l'équipe Financement de la Santé et Gouvernance (HFG), apporte un appui technique aux États membres dans les domaines des réformes du financement de la santé, de la gestion des finances publiques, de la gouvernance, de la redevabilité et de la protection financière. À partir de 2026, l'équipe mettra en œuvre un portefeuille élargi d'initiatives multipays soutenues par des partenaires de développement, augmentant le volume de productions techniques, analytiques et de plaidoyer. Ces activités renforcent le besoin d'une communication claire, d'une présence numérique solide et de produits conçus professionnellement, conformes aux normes de l'OMS.

Missions

Sous la supervision du responsable du recrutement et en étroite collaboration avec le personnel technique de la HFG et l'équipe de communication du HSS, le/la volontaire des Nations Unies sera chargé(e) de :

  • Appuyer l'élaboration, la rédaction, la révision et la relecture de produits de communication (notes de politique, rapports, présentations).
  • Traduire des informations techniques complexes sur le financement et la gouvernance de la santé en supports de communication clairs et adaptés aux publics cibles.
  • Concevoir et mettre en forme des rapports, notes de politique, fiches d'information, présentations et autres produits, en respectant les normes de marque et d'accessibilité de l'OMS.
  • Développer des contenus visuels (infographies, graphiques, éléments numériques de base) pour soutenir les produits techniques et de plaidoyer.
  • Participer aux activités de communication numérique (contenu pour sites web, intranet, réseaux sociaux) en coordination avec les équipes concernées.
  • Assurer la documentation et la visibilité des réunions, ateliers et événements régionaux ou nationaux, selon les besoins.
  • Assurer la liaison avec le personnel technique pour recueillir les contributions, contrôler la qualité et garantir la livraison en temps voulu des productions.

Formation : Master (ou équivalent) en communication numérique, graphisme et mise en page documentaire, communication technique et politique, communication en santé et développement. Un diplôme de premier cycle universitaire combiné à une expérience professionnelle pertinente peut être accepté en lieu et place d'un diplôme supérieur.

Expérience : Au moins 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle au niveau national et/ou international en communication, graphisme, journalisme, santé publique, relations internationales ou autres programmes pertinents. Une expérience en graphisme est un atout, de même qu'une expérience au sein de l'ONU ou d'une autre organisation internationale de développement.

Langues : Anglais courant (obligatoire), français et portugais de travail (souhaitables).
