Job Description Information processing software This role is responsible for the handling, organizing, and processing customer and client data or information in the CRM, including but not limited to prioritizing and organizing the processing of schedules, etc. Must have skillsAttention to detailAccuracy and speed in data entryEffective communication and interpersonal skillsTeam PlayerOrganization and record-keepingResult-orientedAbility to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlinesSelf-motivated and well-organized to function under pressure and handle multiplicity of tasksGreat excel skills Good to have skillsKnowledge of financial products, including pensions, loans, housing, and insurance.

Qualifications Minimum of first degree in relevant discipline Computer proficiency in Microsoft office suites (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Familiarity with a fund administration software is a plus.
