Role Description

This full-time, on-site Junior Information Technology Officer role is based in San Pedro. The role involves supporting IT operations, maintaining system functionality, troubleshooting technical issues, implementing software updates, and ensuring network security. The Junior IT Officer will also provide technical support to team members, assist with hardware installations, and contribute to optimizing IT processes to ensure efficient business operations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in IT operations, networking, system maintenance, and network security
Ability to troubleshoot, identify, and resolve technical issues effectively
Knowledge of software installation, updates, and general system management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for providing technical support to team members
Analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize IT processes
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
Familiarity with IT best practices and emerging technologies is a plus
Diploma or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
