The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, offering medical consultation, emotional support, and guidance throughout their medical journey. Min Qualification: Diploma Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 2 years Working Hours: Full Time - Full Time Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities International Patients Consultation: Provide medical consultation and coordination services to clients, answer questions about medical procedures, offer emotional support, and build trust. Medical Program Development Support: Assist in optimizing service workflows and maintain relationships with key local medical partners. Primary Point of Contact: Act as the dedicated advisor for clients, offering comprehensive guidance on medical procedures. Expectation Management: Clearly communicate success rates, potential risks, and timelines to manage client expectations effectively. Requirements Registered Nurse or Doctor (Doctors command higher salaries). Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. High emotional intelligence (EQ) and empathy for handling sensitive client interactions. High professional integrity and strict adherence to client confidentiality and privacy.
