The Country Program Manager for WCS Cameroon will oversee the day-to-day management of the project portfolio, supporting the Country Director and Project Directors. This role requires strong leadership, management skills, and collaboration with government and partners. Responsibilities include grants management, budget monitoring, proposal development, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The position also involves maintaining relationships with NGOs and donors, and representing WCS at various meetings. Advanced degree in relevant field 5+ years of project management experience Experience managing large international projects Solid fundraising experience, especially with EU and KFW Experience in multi-disciplinary conservation projects Familiarity with Cameroon or Central Africa Excellent communication skills in English and French Ability to work in a multi-cultural team Willingness to travel to field offices
