The ideal candidate would be responsible for managing sales operations within the Mopti Region of Mali. Oversee a team of sales representatives to ensure sales and volume targets are met and build relationships with clients with the company. Principales Taches : Team Management : Supervise and guide sales representatives within the assigned area. Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback. Monitor daily activities and ensure team adherence to sales plans. Sales Target Achievement: Contribute to the development of sales plans in the assigned territory to meet set objectives. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities. Monitor and report sales performance, ensuring timely corrective actions. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with key customers and accounts. Address client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with the team to develop customized solutions for clients. Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct competitor analysis and market research. Identify new business opportunities and suggest market penetration strategies. Recommend promotional activities and campaigns to increase sales.

Responsabilités

Prepare and present regular sales reports to higher management. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Manage budgets and resources effectively.

Formation / Diplômes

Bachelor’s degree or Polytechnique graduate

Expérience

5yrs work experience in a sales related role within the territory. Bilingual – French & English [not mandatory, but added advantage] Previous work experience in a multinational FMCG Industry preferably an added advantage. Savoir Faire Requis

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
