The Business & Financial Times (B&FT), a leading business media organization committed to delivering credible financial journalism and business intelligence, is expanding its team. We are looking for talented, results-driven professionals to join us.
📌 ### 📌 Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals />Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent development
Oversee employee relations and performance management
Ensure HR policies comply with labour laws and best practices
Drive culture, engagement, and organizational effectiveness
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Professional HR certification preferred
📌 ### 📌 Minimum of 5 years HR management experience
### 📌 ### 📌 Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
