Job Description Location: Head Office / Regional Hub Role Purpose To support financial control, reporting accuracy, and cash flow discipline by executing core accounting, compliance, and operational finance tasks ensuring efficiency, compliance, and bankability. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Controls Maintain General Ledger and reconciliations Support monthly close (T+7) and reporting Ensure accuracy and internal control compliance Receivables & Payables Process invoices, collections, and supplier payments Track receivables ageing and support DSO targets Maintain customer and vendor ledgers Working Capital & Cash Flow Track daily cash position and transactions Support cash flow forecasting (cash ladder) Contribute to CCC optimization (DIO + DSO − DPO) Budgeting & Cost Control Track expenses vs budgets Support variance and cost analysis Compliance & Tax Prepare GRA, SSNIT, PAYE, VAT filings Support audits and compliance reporting Admin & Operations Support Support procurement and asset tracking Assist payroll and HR administrative processes Required Skills or Experience Qualifications & Experience HND / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related ACCA/ICA (part-qualified preferred) 1–3 years’ relevant experience Success Metrics Accurate and timely reporting (T+7) DSO compliance (≤14–30 days) Budget variance ≤5% 100% compliance (GRA, SSNIT, audits) High reconciliation accuracy (≥99%) How To Apply Interested applicants should submit: CV Cover Letter Email: [email protected] Subject: Application – [Role Title] Application Deadline: 30th April, 2026 Contact: 0208950843 / 0244068553 If you are ready to build, lead, and scale this is your opportunity.
