**Information Technology Assistant ROLE PURPOSE: The IT Assistant will be responsible for providing Level 1 technical support, maintaining hardware and software systems, and ensuring the smooth day to day operation of our IT infrastructure. We are looking for a proactive problem solver who can translate tech issues into helpful advice to the Kirehe Field Office . In the event of a major humanitarian emergency, the role holder will be expected to work outside the normal role
