Job Description Are you passionate about learning, training, and employee development? An exciting opportunity is available for a Learning & Development Officer to support organizational growth through effective staff development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: • Support the planning and coordination of employee training and development programs. • Assist in designing learning initiatives that improve employee performance and skills. • Coordinate the delivery of training sessions, workshops, and learning activities. • Monitor and evaluate training programs to measure their effectiveness and impact. • Maintain training records and support continuous professional development initiatives.
