Job Summary

A reputable organisation is seeking a high-energy Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our growth initiatives. In this role, you will be the bridge between our creative marketing efforts and our revenue-generating sales tactics. You will design integrated strategies to build brand equity, manage the full sales funnel, and lead a high-performing team to exceed annual targets.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans that align with the company’s financial objectives.

Conduct continuous research on market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.

Set, monitor, and report on annual sales quotas, revenue targets, and marketing ROI.

Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, and traditional) to drive lead generation.

Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms and promotional materials.

Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-impact collateral, from website content to sales pitch decks.

Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and high conversion rates.

Directly manage relationships with major clients and strategic partners to ensure long-term retention.

Provide the sales team with the tools, scripts, and market intelligence needed to close deals effectively.

Recruit, train, and coach sales and marketing staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Utilize CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track performance metrics and present actionable insights to senior leadership.

Manage the department budget, ensuring cost-effective spending and maximum resource allocation.

Required Skills or Experience

Leadership: Proven ability to motivate cross-functional teams and manage personnel issues.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for pitching to stakeholders and clients.

Adaptability: A "growth mindset" with the ability to pivot strategies in a fast-paced, shifting market.

Education & Experience

Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience: 10+ years of experience in sales or marketing, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
