Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and optimise the day-to-day HR operations function, acting as the operational engine room for HR.
You will own full 360 HR lifecycle delivery across West Africa, from inbox and query management to HR systems and data, onboarding, organisational and job changes, visa/immigration, and core HR processes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes and building HR operations that genuinely enable the business to move faster.
The role offers broad exposure across West Africa, with clear scope to build and shape the HR operations function and expand the role as the business grows.
Key responsibilities
HR operations, systems, and lifecycle:
Own the full 360 HR lifecycle across global offices, from HR inbox and queries through to onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
As HR system owner, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and compliance, and producing clear HR reporting for the business.
Partner with teams and managers to deliver a seamless, joined-up employee experience in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
Maintain and streamline core HR processes and documentation (contracts, job titles, letters) so everything runs smoothly and consistently.
Onboarding and growth readiness:
Run an effective onboarding process from offer to successful integration, ready to welcome a high volume of new joiners.
Manage all visa and right-to-work processes, documentation, and renewals, acting as the internal point of
