Work closely with operations to ensure staffing supports excellent guest service delivery. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resource Management, with proven experience in the hospitality industry. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an added advantage. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Must be female Preferred Skills: Experience managing HR operations in hotels, restaurants, or event centers.
