Main Purpose Of Job: The assistant ensures the interface between Mane and our customers by assisting the account manager(s) in the monitoring and development of the commercial activity. The mission requires a direct contribution to the commercial activity, and include commercial relationship management (projects, commercial offers, information, technical documents, sampling) in collaboration with the sales representatives. Basic Job Functions All the tasks described below, must be carried out in compliance The internal regulations of the company, Quality procedures, Safety/health/environment rules. The procedures in force in the EMEA flavour sales department: "sales procedure" for Customer management and "procedure" Information for the distribution of documents within the company. In charge of a sector corresponding either to one or more sales representatives, one or more countries, one or more subsidiaries, one or more agents and/or customers, under the responsibility of the sales director.
