Role Overview
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting loan operations and recovery activities. You will engage with clients, monitor loan repayments, and assist in maintaining a healthy loan portfolio while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new loan clients
Evaluate loan applications and assess creditworthiness
Facilitate loan disbursement in line with company policies
Monitor loan portfolios to ensure timely repayments
Follow up with clients on overdue payments and support recovery efforts
Formation / DiplĂ´mes
Maintain accurate records of client information and loan activities
Educate clients on loan products and repayment processes
Prepare basic reports on loan performance and collections
WASSCE, Diploma or HND in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
0–2 years of relevant experience (entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of financial data handling and software
Understanding of loan products and services is an advantage
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
