Role Overview
The IT Officer will be responsible for maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth system operations, and providing technical support to staff. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing both hardware and software environments in a fast‑paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and IT equipment
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot operational challenges
Ensure data security, backup procedures, and system integrity
Manage user accounts, access rights, and IT documentation
Support the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades
Maintain internet connectivity, LAN/WAN infrastructure, and network devices
Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT-related services

Formation / Diplômes
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Expérience
2–4 years hands‑on experience in IT support or system administration
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, and basic network configuration
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, email systems, and cloud tools
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Strong communication, documentation, and customer‑service skills
