Role Overview The IT Officer will be responsible for maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth system operations, and providing technical support to staff. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing both hardware and software environments in a fast‑paced setting. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
2–4 years hands‑on experience in IT support or system administration Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, and basic network configuration Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, email systems, and cloud tools Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Strong communication, documentation, and customer‑service skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
