The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for tracking and reporting on key business performance indicators and financial targets for the procurement team. The role will involve recommending actions to enhance the performance and efficiency of the procurement function. Reporting to the Procurement Compliance and Efficiency Manager, the analyst will help ensure the team is fully on track with committed business performance objectives. Additionally, the Procurement Analyst will support the Indirect Spend Manager by conducting supply base and bidding analyses, monitoring contract performance, and assisting with planning and budgeting activities. This role will deliver critical analytical and operational insights to support decision-making within the country’s business unit’s supply chain Your New Key Responsibilities Spend Data Collection and Validation: Gather and validate procurement-related data such as supplier contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and spend history to ensure accurate analysis Procurement Data Analysis: analyze spending patterns, cost-saving opportunities, supplier performance, and market trends to optimize procurement strategies Cost Analysis, Savings and Budgeting Reports: Develop detailed reports outlining cost breakdowns, savings opportunities, and other relevant reports for proper budgeting within the team Supplier Performance Assessment: analyze supplier performance metrics (e.g., delivery times, quality, compliance) and provide recommendations for supplier development or change Contract Compliance and Risk Reporting: Monitor supplier contract compliance, identify risks and propose mitigation actions Procurement Communication: Collate and prepare procurement insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders, such as supply chain managers, finance teams, and senior leadership, to inform strategic sourcing decisions. Are These Your Secret Ingredients? Degree in Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance 3-5 years relevant experience within Supply Chain and Finance Analytical Skills Presentation Skills. Priority Setting Organizing Excel Expert (Pivot table, data modeling) Verbal and written communication Skills Data visualization People and stakeholder management. Intellectual curiosity with the desire to continue to develop professionally Excellent command of the English Language Expert in MS excel, MS PowerPoint, Power BI In depth SAP Knowledge (R/3, BW, APO) Knowledge and understanding of supply chain control processes as well as Finance.
