Job Summary: An operational role focused on real-time fleet monitoring using GPS Tracking and camera surveillance, basic data entry, and adherence to control room protocols. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and track assigned trucks in real-time via GPS systems. Conduct live camera surveillance to verify vehicle, driver, and site safety. Use Nova Applications, Excel, and SAP to analyze tracking data and generate reports. Record and manage timings for 250+ trucks per 12-hour shift. Handle multiple operational tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism. Communicate effectively through emails, Teams, and other internal/external channels. Ensure compliance with company data security and control room policies.
Graduate in Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
Expérience
1–3 years of relevant operational/monitoring experience. Proficient in MS Excel, computer applications, and GPS tracking software.
