You’ll lead community-level programme design and implementation in Mansa, working with local partners to ensure child-centred development initiatives are effective. Key skills to highlight
- Proven experience in participatory facilitation and community engagement in rural Zambia.
- Strong writing skills for donor reports and proposals (e.g., EU, UN, or bilateral funders).
- Ability to use monitoring tools (e.g., logical frameworks, data collection via mobile apps).
- Cultural sensitivity and fluency in Bemba or other local languages is a major plus.
