The Senior Officer, National Society Investment and Localization will lead the strategic planning and institutional development for the Yaounde Delegation, focusing on enhancing the capabilities of four National Red Cross Societies. This role involves coordinating the implementation of their 2026-2027 institutional investment plans, which include governance reform, volunteer management, and financial sustainability. The officer will serve as a technical focal point for investment and localization, facilitating consultations and aligning priorities with international frameworks. Ultimately, the position aims to strengthen the National Societies as accountable and locally driven humanitarian actors. Advanced degree in Organizational Development or related field 3-5 years in organizational development and capacity strengthening 5 years in international humanitarian or NGO sector Experience in coaching and staff development Knowledge of financial management and project design Fluent in English and French Cultural sensitivity and teamwork skills
