The opportunity: Support the recruitment process in line with Recruitment Guidelines and HR best practices. Support in Managing the recruitment & selection process through HRIS and under pure transparency. Achieve gender balance through recruitment processes. Ensuring consistency of contract as per PIMz format, HR Manual and country law across all programme areas. Oversee all benefit and compensation offered as per organizational pay scales. Manage the transition process as a result of transfer, retirement, redundancy or termination of contract. Update HRIS and payroll system on staff compensation and benefits timely. Manage timely record of staff data using on HR Information Systems (HRIS and Primavera). Keep up-to-date employee records with all relevant information. Manage the full cycle of exit process in line with Plan procedures and country law. About you: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field Experience in the INGO Sector or demonstrated equivalent combination. Experience in handling bulk recruitments with in short period of time Experience in using HR systems. Proven experiences and ability to coordinate and collaborate with different departments. Experience in leading team, coaching and mentoring Good experience in Matrix management. Good knowledge of Microsoft -system Fluency in Portuguese, English and any local language.
