- Conducting client business analysis and identifying opportunities for new business with existing customers and successfully converting such opportunities.
- Identifying new business opportunities/value propositions.
- Conducting periodic research on market trends and managing new opportunities.
- Identifying the relevant training to customers and marketing the training identified.
- Conceiving and organizing events/activities to launch new products and promote the brand.
- Serving as second level point of contact on dispute resolution i.e. provide clarification on content of credit information reports.
- Conducting research, assembling and analyzing data to prepare reports and presentations.
- Preparing the agenda in advance, assisting with and providing research/background information, content development and creation of presentations for customer training.
- Reviewing and summarizing reports and documents on customers’ monthly data quality issues.

📌 ### 📌 Applicant must have 4-5 years relevant experience in a financial institution, preferably relationship officer or manager, have good computer skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
