Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 3 years Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while identifying opportunities for business growth and resolving customer complaints. Promote and sell the company’s products and services with the aim of attracting low-cost deposits from various customer segments, including sourcing current and savings accounts. Prospect for new customers through existing leads, referrals, and other channels to maximize lead generation. Prepare loan applications, evaluate customers’ financial information and credit reports, and calculate risk ratios. Perform any other duties assigned that are relevant to the role. Qualification Required & Experience A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Accounting, Banking and Finance, or a related field. A professional qualification will be an added advantage. At least three (3) years of post-qualification work experience in a financial institution. Required Skills and Attributes Excellent knowledge of loan application procedures and best lending practices. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Good planning, quantitative, and analytical skills. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and fairness. Strong computer literacy with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Good knowledge of banking laws, rules, and regulations. High attention to detail and strong analytical ability. Ability to exercise sound independent judgment.
