Job Description Department: Operations / Engineering About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and organized Civil Engineer to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring smooth construction operations, with a strong focus on project planning, site supervision, budget management, and maintaining high safety and quality standards across all project phases. Core Responsibilities Project Leadership: Lead and manage all phases of construction projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Strategic Planning: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment with goals. Site Supervision: Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring strict compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety standards. Vendor & Team Management: Manage subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal team members to ensure timely and quality delivery of services. Monitoring & Reporting: Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress; prepare cost forecasts and risk assessments for senior management. Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all project documentation is maintained, including contracts, permits, and regulatory records. Required Skills or Experience Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience in civil engineering principles, technologies, and project tools. Strong proficiency in planning, executing, and overseeing projects from inception to completion. Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a critical attention to detail.
