The role involves ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to approved specifications and quality standards. The Civil Engineer also coordinates with contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution. Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 9 to 5 Applicant Location: Kumasi & Ashanti Region, Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Prepare engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for civil works. Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to plans and quality standards. Conduct site inspections, surveys, and feasibility studies. Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines. Ensure compliance with Ghanaian building codes, environmental, and safety regulations. Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates. Provide solutions to engineering challenges and recommend improvements. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or related field. Professional certification or membership (e.g., GhIE) is an advantage Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in construction, mining, or infrastructure projects . Key Competencies And Skills: Strong knowledge of engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent project management and organizational abilities. Effective communication and teamwork. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
