Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an excellent in-store customer experience while achieving individual and store sales targets. The role involves product presentation, customer engagement, transaction processing, and maintaining a clean and well-organized retail environment.

Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement:

Greet and respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, walk-in and chats (all social media platforms) with professionalism and courtesy.

Recommend and upsell products in line with customer preferences and store promotions.

Meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Handle customer objections and complaints politely, escalating when necessary.

Store Operations:

Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.

Ensure products are well-stocked, properly tagged, and attractively displayed.

Assist with stock counts, replenishment, and inventory control.

Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments.

Customer Experience & Retention:

Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to management.

Support loyalty programs, promotions, and in-store activations.

Compliance & Teamwork

Adhere to company policies, sales procedures, and loss prevention guidelines.

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve overall store goals.

Maintain punctuality, grooming standards, and professional conduct at all times.

Requirements

BSc/HND in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.

Confidence in speaking with potential customers and handling objections.

Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.

Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
