Street Child recrute un Education Specialist - Pedagogical Teaching Performance Lead (Interne) basé à Minova, en République Démocratique du Congo.
Le poste consiste à améliorer la performance pédagogique des enseignants à travers un accompagnement interne et des formations ciblées. Vous serez responsable de la conception et du suivi des programmes de renforcement des capacités, de l'évaluation des pratiques enseignantes et de la coordination avec les équipes éducatives locales.
