L'Organisation internationale pour les migrations (OIM) recrute un(e) Senior PSEA Associate pour son bureau de Kinshasa, en République démocratique du Congo.
**
** Le/la titulaire contribuera à la prévention et à la réponse aux cas d'exploitation et d'abus sexuels (PSEA) dans le cadre des programmes de l'OIM en RDC.
**
** Assurer la mise en œuvre des activités PSEA, coordonner les mécanismes de signalement, former le personnel et les partenaires, et suivre les indicateurs de performance.
**
** Diplôme universitaire supérieur en sciences sociales, droit, droits de l'homme ou domaine connexe. Expérience professionnelle d'au moins cinq ans dans la protection, la PSEA ou la gestion de programmes humanitaires. Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
