** Le/la représentant(e) pays et scientifique en cultures légumières sera en charge de la coordination des activités de recherche et développement du centre au Mali, en lien avec les partenaires locaux et internationaux.

** Développer et mettre en œuvre des projets de recherche en sciences agricoles, collecter et analyser des données, assurer la gestion des risques et la mobilisation des ressources, contribuer à la durabilité environnementale, et faciliter le partage de connaissances. Des compétences en gestion de bureau et en développement d'affaires sont également attendues.

** Le/la candidat(e) doit justifier d'une formation et d'une expérience solides en sciences agricoles, avec une expertise en cultures légumières. Des compétences en évaluation des risques, mobilisation de ressources et gestion de projets sont indispensables.
