This role is ideal for an energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow within transport operations. KPA’s include (but are not limited to):
• Coordinate and allocate part loads and courier deliveries across various routes
• Manage daily truck schedules, manifests, and waybill administration
• Liaise with drivers, depots, and clients to ensure efficient operations
• Support consolidation planning and transport system updates
• Monitor courier movements and delivery performance
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
• Contribute to achieving and improving operational turnover and gross profit targets
• All other tasks related to this role.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:

• Grade 12 (Matric);

Expérience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a transport, logistics, courier, or last-mile environment;
• Experience with transport planning, route coordination, and fleet operations;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transport management systems (DataTim experience advantageous);
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skil
