Analyze and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve marketing effectiveness. Develop and maintain a strong social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to create compelling marketing materials. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors. Required profile for job ad : Digital Marketing Manager - Accra Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role. Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media marketing, and email marketing. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager. Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo). Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML knowledge is a plus.
