Poste : Business Analyst (Digital Impact Manager), P-4, Fixed Term, Dakar, Sénégal – WCARO
Contexte : L'UNICEF travaille dans plus de 190 pays pour sauver des vies d'enfants, défendre leurs droits et les aider à réaliser leur potentiel. En Afrique de l'Ouest et du Centre (WCAR), cette mission se concrétise par le soutien aux bureaux de pays et aux gouvernements pour déployer des solutions numériques inclusives et centrées sur l'enfant, en étroite collaboration avec des partenaires d'impact numérique. Le/la Digital Impact Manager (niveau P-4) relève du Chef régional de l'impact numérique pour la WCAR, avec une ligne hiérarchique secondaire auprès du Chef du Centre d'excellence numérique (DCoE) à Nairobi.
Missions : Basé(e) sur les politiques, directives et accords de niveau de service établis, le/la titulaire du poste exerce un large périmètre de responsabilité fonctionnelle en matière de TIC, gère en interne des systèmes et opérations TIC complexes, et renforce en externe la collaboration et le renforcement des capacités. Les responsabilités incluent :
- Gérer la fonction TIC et fournir un soutien technique et opérationnel
- Améliorer la gouvernance, la collaboration, et développer les relations internes et externes ainsi que les capacités
- Améliorer la délivrance des résultats
- Favoriser l'innovation**

- Formation : Diplôme universitaire supérieur (master ou équivalent) en informatique, génie logiciel, gestion des technologies de l'information, administration des affaires ou autre domaine technique pertinent.
- Expérience : Minimum de huit ans d'expérience professionnelle en gestion des technologies de l'information et en opérations commerciales au sein d'une grande organisation internationale et/ou d'une grande entreprise.
- Compétences techniques : Expérience avérée dans au moins un des domaines suivants : gestion de projets TIC, analyse d'affaires, sécurité de l'information, audit et gestion des risques TIC, télécommunications, réseaux et sécurité de l'information, génie logiciel et programmation.
- Langues : Maîtrise de l'anglais exigée. La connaissance d'une autre langue officielle de l'ONU (arabe, chinois, français, russe, espagnol) ou d'une langue locale est un atout.
- Certifications : Une certification dans l'un des domaines techniques mentionnés est souhaitable.
- Atouts : Expérience au sein d'une organisation du système des Nations Unies ; expérience pertinente au niveau national, en particulier dans des contextes de développement, fragiles ou humanitaires.Valeurs et compétences : Les valeurs fondamentales de l'UNICEF (Care, Respect, Integrity, Trust, Accountability, Sustainability – CRITAS) ainsi que les compétences suivantes sont attendues : établir et entretenir des partenariats, faire preuve de conscience de soi et de conscience éthique, obtenir des résultats avec impact, innover et accepter le changement, gérer l'ambiguïté et la complexité, penser et agir de manière stratégique.
