Le/la Coordinateur(trice) des Opérations sera responsable de la coordination et de la supervision des activités opérationnelles sur le terrain, en veillant à l'efficacité et à la conformité des processus. Il/elle travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les équipes locales pour assurer la mise en œuvre des programmes de transferts monétaires.

Nous recherchons un(e) professionnel(le) expérimenté(e) avec une solide expérience en gestion d'opérations, idéalement dans le secteur humanitaire ou du développement. Une bonne connaissance du contexte de la RDC est un atout.
