Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 3 years Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Manage flight ticketing (domestic & international reservations). Coordinate and process visa applications and travel documentation. Design, price, and promote attractive tour packages. Liaise with airlines, embassies, hotels, and travel partners. Supervise daily operations to ensure excellent customer service. Handle travel changes, cancellations, and client inquiries. Monitor budgets and ensure operational efficiency. Requirements Degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in ticketing, visa processing, and tour management. Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.) is an advantage. Strong organizational, negotiation, and customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Key Skills Excellent ticketing and reservation management skills. Strong knowledge of visa procedures and travel regulations. Tour packaging, pricing, and itinerary planning expertise. Strong customer service and communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Problem-solving and decision-making ability. Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.). Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
