Le Danish Refugee Council (DRC) lance un appel d'offres pour la mise en place d'un Accord-cadre de services d'appui technique (Pool d'experts) destiné à soutenir l'Unité de gestion du Fonds (FMU) du Fonds régional du Sahel (SRF).

Cet accord vise à pré-qualifier des prestataires de services (consultants ou entreprises) qui pourront être sollicités via des bons de commande individuels pour des missions techniques tout au long du cycle de projet.
Missions
Les prestations attendues incluent, sans s'y limiter :
- Révision technique de propositions et notes conceptuelles
- Suivi des projets en cours
- Évaluations sectorielles et thématiques
- Conception de projets et appui méthodologique
- Renforcement des capacités des partenaires et du personnel de la FMU
- Appui stratégique et analytique à la programmation du SRF
Le détail des services est fourni dans les Termes de Référence (TOR) – Annexe F.
