FINANCE OFFICER

Job Description Role Overview We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Finance Officer to support our expanding operations. The Finance Officer will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing project-related costs, supporting development budgets, and ensuring compliance across all financial processes. This role is ideal for someone comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. Responsibilities Manage accounts payable/receivable and maintain financial records Process invoices, contractor payments, and property-related expenses Assist with project budgets, cost tracking, and cash flow Prepare bank reconciliations and monthly reports Support forecasting, financial statements, and investment reporting Ensure compliance and liaise with project teams and suppliers

Expérience

Experience in real estate/property/construction finance

Strong bookkeeping and analytical skills Confident with accounting software and Excel Excellent attention to detail AAT/ACCA/CIMA beneficial but not essential
