Job Description

Job Summary

The Finance Officer will support the Finance Manager in managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and maintaining compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and timely

Maintain proper financial records and documentation

Assist in preparing financial reports and reconciliations

Monitor accounts payable and receivable

Support payroll processing and staff financial records

Assist in budget tracking and expense monitoring

Conduct bank reconciliations and cashbook management

Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial procedures

Support audits and financial reviews when required

Assist in procurement and vendor payment processes

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum of 2–4 years relevant experience

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
