Your Role
Responsibilities
As a Francophone Customer Support Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our French-speaking customers while collaborating with a global team. Your responsibilities include:
Customer Support: Assist customers via email, chat, and phone in French and English. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve product, order, and account-related concerns. Customer Experience: Deliver high-quality, empathetic, and solution-oriented support. Documentation: Accurately log interactions and updates using CRM tools like Zendesk or Salesforce.
What We’re Looking For
Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1/C2) and proficient in English. Experience: Minimum of 1 year in customer service (BPO, call center, or SaaS is a plus). Technical Skills: Comfortable navigating CRM systems and digital tools. Soft Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability. Work Ethic: Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
Work-From-Home Requirements
Stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps upload/download). Reliable computer (Intel i5 or equivalent minimum). Quiet and professional workspace. Headset with a clear microphone.
