Position Grant Writer (Commission-Based)

Compensation

The successful candidate will be compensated based on an agreed percentage of grants and funding successfully secured for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify local and international funding opportunities.
2. Develop compelling concept notes, grant proposals, and funding applications.
3. Conduct donor research and maintain grant application calendars.
4. Collaborate with project teams to gather information for proposals.
5. Ensure timely submission of high-quality grant applications.

Requirements

Proven experience in grant writing and proposal development.

Strong understanding of NGO, humanitarian, and community development programs.

Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.

Track record of securing grants is an added advantage.
