Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Assist the Head of Operations in supervising daily operational activities. Monitor branch operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with Bank of Ghana regulations, AML, and KYC requirements. Provide operational support and guidance to branches. Prepare operational reports and maintain proper records. Assist in improving operational processes and efficiency Perform any other duties assigned by Management. Qualification and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 2–3 years banking experience, preferably in operations.
