FINANCE OPERATIONS OFFICER

We are a globally recognised organisation looking for a detail-oriented Finance Operations Officer to join our Ghana finance team. This is a hands-on operational role where accuracy, consistency, and a positive team attitude matter as much as technical skill.
What you will do
- Process daily financial transactions accurately and in line with approved controls
- Prepare bank reconciliations across multiple accounts
- Post branch income and expenditure to the accounts system
- Support monthly payroll processing and related reconciliations
- Maintain organised and up-to-date financial records
- Assist with audit preparation and documentation
- Flag discrepancies and escalate exceptions promptly
What we are looking for
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Business-related field
- Part-qualified ACCA, ICA, or CIMA is an advantage

## 💼 Expérience
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a finance or accounts role
- Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations and transaction processing
- Good working knowledge of Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
