Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies that support
the company’s short- and long-term objectives.
Oversee all accounting, treasury, financial planning, and
analysis activities across all business units.
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial
reporting, including management and statutory reports.
Monitor key financial metrics and guide executive
decision-making through financial insights and forecasting.
Lead the development and execution of budgets, ensuring
fiscal discipline and resource optimization.
Oversee cash flow management, capital allocation, and
working capital optimization.
Supervise reconciliation and chargeback functions to
ensure transaction integrity and revenue assurance.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory, audit, and tax
requirements in coordination with relevant authorities.
Collaborate with the CEO and department heads to align
financial plans with organizational goals.
Build and manage relationships with investors, banks,
auditors, and external partners.
Lead the Finance team to maintain accuracy,
accountability, and high professional standards.

Requirements ;

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or MSc Finance preferred).
Minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in financial
management, with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
Proven experience in financial strategy development,
budget management, and financial governance.
Experience within fintech or a financial services
environment is a strong advantage.
Strong leadership and financial management skills.
Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities.
Deep understanding of financial reporting standards (IFRS,
GAAP) and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial
modeling.
Strong grasp of fintech financial operations, including
settlement, reconciliation, and transaction management.
Ability to interpret and communicate complex financial
data to non-financial stakeholders.
Experience in managing investor relations and financial
risk management.
Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and
Microsoft Office Suite.
