JOB SUMMARY Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, or related field3–5 years’ experience in an administrative roleExperience in manufacturing, industrial, or corporate environments is an added advantageStrong organizational and multitasking skillsGood documentation and record-keeping abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesCandidate should be available to resume immediately or within short notice. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage day-to-day office administration and coordination activitiesMaintain proper documentation, filing systems, and record-management processesCoordinate staff administrative activities and prepare routine reportsSupervise vendor relationships and support facility management operationsMonitor office supplies and ensure timely procurement of administrative materialsSupport internal communication and operational coordination across departmentsOrganize meetings, schedules, and administrative logisticsEnsure compliance with company administrative policies and proceduresHandle general administrative support duties as assigned REQUIRED SKILLS Office supplies management, Calendar management, Typing and note taking, Written communication REQUIRED EDUCATION Bachelor's degree
