The Opportunity This role with direction from the Associate Director, this role is required to lead a Sales team to meet the Pathways’ strategic, financial, business, and operational recruitment objectives in Nigeria. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth whilst also managing the recruitment of Nigerian students to our UK and European Pathway Colleges. The candidate is required to implement and execute a country strategy for achieving a strong brand presence and increased market share, achieve student recruitment targets, support the agent network, and carefully monitor the recruitment budget to ensure that all commercial objectives for Oxford International in Nigeria are achieved and are delivered on budget.
