About The Job Area West and Central Africa is searching for an Area Controlling & Performance Senior Manager based in Ghana, to be responsible for legal, tax, financial and risk management of third-party agents (3PA) and all MAW countries. The role is also responsible for performance management of third-party agents (3PA) and all MAW countries. Your Responsibility:   Define and set targets to enhance financial controls in collaboration with 3PA and all MAW (West and Central Africa) countries Responsible for achievement of all targets in BA relating to 3PA and all MAW countries Oversee all aspects of performance management across various business units in both MAW countries and 3PA Contribute to strategic area management projects and initiatives Review and approve tax filings in relevant countries Raise alerts about changes in taxation and recommend process/system amendments to minimize cost exposure for Hapag-Lloyd (HL) Liaise with regional departments, 3PA countries, and all MAW countries to ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and taxation requirements Serve as the contact point for corporate audits in 3PA and all MAW countries, both pre and post-audit Ensure the timely update and approval of Agency Agreements and Bank guarantees Maintain Hapag-Lloyd revenue tariff correctly for 3PA and all MAW...
