Register --> Vacancy Details Employer: International Facilities Services About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Laundry Manager to oversee the daily operations of our laundry facility, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and quality. In this role, you will manage a team while focusing on process improvements and resource optimisation to meet the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the laundry facility, ensuring effective workflow and timely service delivery.
• Supervise and train laundry staff to maintain operational excellence and high standards of cleanliness.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for efficient laundry operations and quality control.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering and maintaining stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies in all operational aspects.
• Maintain records of laundry operations, including equipment usage, staff performance, and service statistics.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns with a focus on service improvement. Requirements
• Proven track record in laundry operations management or a related field.

Expérience

• Demonstrable experience in team leadership and staff training.
• Strong understanding of laundry processes, equipment, and chemicals used in the industry.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations pertinent to the laundry industry.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and clients positively.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with managing budgets and cost control within a laundry operation.
• Certification in laundry or hospitality management is an advantage.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices in laundry operations.
