This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our data, which serves as a critical resource for decision-making and report generation. You will play a key role in supporting various departments by providing high-quality data entry services. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in the company database and other systems.
• Verify the accuracy of data before and after entry, ensuring consistency and integrity in all records.
• Generate, format, and distribute reports as requested by management or other departments.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and rectify data discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data management best practices and protocols.
• Monitor data entry processes to ensure adherence to internal policies and compliance with external regulations.
• Provide training and support to new team members regarding data entry procedures and tools.

Formation / Diplômes

• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information within company data systems. Requirements

Expérience

• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with database software is a plus.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with team members and management.
• Familiarity with data management principles and practices, including data quality and integrity. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with data entry in a specific industry, such as finance, healthcare, or retail.
• Certification in data management or related training programs is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of data analytics tools or software.
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems.
