JOB SUMMARY Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related fieldMinimum of 2–4 years’ experience in showroom sales, furniture, interior design, or business developmentProven experience in sales and client relationship managementStrong understanding of interior design concepts and furniture productsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to meet and exceed sales targetsProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (knowledge of design tools is an added advantage). RESPONSIBILITIES Attend to walk-in clients and provide expert guidance on furniture and interior design solutionsDrive showroom sales by converting inquiries into purchasesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities (B2B and B2C)Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and interior designersConduct product presentations and recommend suitable design conceptsFollow up on leads, quotations, and client inquiries to close salesMaintain showroom appearance, ensuring products are well displayed and organizedAchieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growthProvide market feedback and insights on customer preferences and trends REQUIRED SKILLS Product demonstration and promotion, Market research, intelligence, Business strategy, Customer service, Sales strategy, Marketing REQUIRED EDUCATION Bachelor's degree
