Malaria Consortium recrute un(e) Senior Project Officer basé(e) à Lomé, Togo, pour un contrat à durée déterminée de 12 mois (temps plein, temporaire).

** Sous la supervision du Project Manager, vous coordonnerez la mise en œuvre des activités au niveau des districts et des communautés, en appui aux district officers. Vous serez impliqué(e) dans la planification, la programmation et la coordination des formations, supervisions, rapports d'activités, paiements mobiles et relations avec les districts sanitaires. Le poste nécessite des déplacements fréquents dans les districts et régions.

** Activités au niveau des districts :
- Assister les districts et centres de santé dans la planification des activités liées au projet STRIVE.
- Participer à l'élaboration du plan de coordination des activités au niveau des districts et régions sanitaires.
- Participer aux réunions de coordination avec les acteurs de terrain.
- Appuyer la mise en œuvre du plan de renforcement des capacités/formations/recyclages des parties prenantes.
- Soutenir le Project Manager SMC dans la coordination de la communication entre districts-régions et Malaria Consortium.
- Appuyer la planification des approvisionnements en matériel IEC/CSC pour la chimioprévention du paludisme saisonnier.
- Suivre la mise en œuvre du plan de communication intégré par les districts et en rendre compte.
- Assurer la réception et la vérification des listes de paiement et des réclamations des bénéficiaires, en collaboration avec l'équipe finance. Reporting et documentation :
- Veiller à ce que les données de suivi collectées du centre de santé au district soient synthétisées et transmises.
- Coordonner et contribuer à la mise en œuvre des activités de soutien aux districts et régions. Supervision :
- Gérer et encadrer l'équipe des agents de district.
- Rapporter au Project Manager SMC.

** Formation et expérience :
- Master en Santé publique / Épidémiologie (essentiel).
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en santé publique, dont 3 ans dans une ONG similaire.
- Expérience solide de travail avec les districts sanitaires, les formations sanitaires et les communautés.
- Bonne expérience en engagement communautaire et activités de supervision. Compétences et aptitudes :
- Bonne connaissance du système de santé au Togo.
- Bonnes compétences en communication.
- Capacité à effectuer des visites de terrain régulières.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression.
- Leadership et gestion d'équipe avérés.
- Excellentes compétences en planification, gestion et suivi-évaluation.
- Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et de présentation.
- Maîtrise du français (oral et écrit).
- Excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Conditions Ce poste est conditionné à l'obtention d'un financement. Le contrat est à durée déterminée de 12 mois. Vous devez avoir le droit de travailler au Togo.
